DNA Direct is seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our fast-paced and exciting environment. This position will be responsible for translating the product vision into a compelling and intuitive user interface for our technology-driven clinical products and software, including ownership of the user experience and overall product branding. This is a hands-on position which will require the ability to both direct 3rd party design resources as well as to create and execute design direction and art production. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Work with executive leadership in the conceptualization and design of new products and enhancements to existing products including providing creative direction, inspiration, and hands on design in some cases
  • Present creative design concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and allocate appropriate personnel for all creative assignments, including personal, hands-on user experience and graphic design when needed
  • Ensure excellent operational implementation of all creative design and products utilizing techniques that are practical and in alignment with business goals
  • Recommend improvements and changes to current processes and procedures to ensure use of best practices, cutting edge techniques, and utilization of new technologies within the creative and development teams
  • Ownership of the overall user experience and brand for all products
  • Act as the User Champion: ensuring the product features and functions are designed with a keen eye towards user experience
  • Evangelize best practices and vision for product Creative Design and User Experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years graphic design experience, including management of creative teams and 3rd party agencies. Hands-on experience in development of visual identity systems and in generating winning creative solutions from concept through completion. Strong creative and conceptual vision, understanding of product development, usability best practices, and interactive design. Extremely detail oriented with strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to direct and multi-task effectively. High proficiency and expertise in applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint, Freehand, InDesign; Knowledge of illustration and typography. Production experience required.

DNA Direct is seeking an experienced Program Office Director to join our fast-paced and exciting environment. This position will be responsible for delivery of all IT projects and strategic programs. Reporting to the CEO, this position is directly responsible for driving enterprise prioritization of initiatives, managing client engagements, and leading product development teams to deliver projects.

Scope of roles and responsibilities include:

  • Act as primary interface for clients during implementation and post-deployment phases
  • Ensure product development meets business requirements and specifications and that delivery timelines meet stakeholder expectations
  • Establish and lead company development methodology
  • Lead development team and content delivery for product development and implementation
  • Manage and mitigate risks on projects
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and management team

Expected experience:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in a healthcare setting, and have relevant experience interfacing with physicians, health plans and patients and 8-12 years of experience leading technology-based projects and program delivery.

Professional competencies and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the payor market and Healthcare IT
  • Understanding of and experience with HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations related to technology product development and deployment
  • Extensive experience leading product development teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong communications skills to interface with high-level customer representatives
  • Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients

Senior Content Manager

  • Identifies product content needs, including web pages, applications and social media

User Experience Designer

We are looking for a candidate that lives and dreams design and knows how to leverage the power of good usability and design to build intuitive, and emotionally compelling applications. Requires a thorough knowledge of interaction design principles as well as a close partnership with business stakeholders, development and content teams. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Primary visual designer responsible for all products and online experiences
  • Employ user centered Design and Information Architecture best practices and principles to create world-class, brand-leading experiences Participate in early phases of the product development lifecycle to propose innovative solutions on issues that affect any major part of DNA Direct’s user experience

Software Quality Assurance Analyst

DNA Direct is searching for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. We are looking for a candidate that knows how to develop and execute quality assurance plans with repeatable processes to guarantee successful product launches. This person must be a proficient QA resource, as well as understand testing methodologies and how to achieve scale with automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business product management, business partners, customer service and technology team members to plan, design, develop, deploy, maintain and support various B2B, ecommerce and consumer-facing platforms and properties.
  • Perform software quality assurance, including black box testing user acceptance testing, and maintenance regression testing.
  • Bring complex development projects through rigorous testing processes to surface defects in a multi-tier, Java-based Web environment.
  • Develop and document test scripts, test cases, defect tracking and reports.
  • Work with business and IT leadership to identify and mitigate defects and manage production build process.
  • Manage change acceptance into QA environments, and perform periodic (e.g., daily) builds.
  • Create and maintain manual and/or automated test scripts, test data, and other deliverables related to the software quality assurance process
  • Develop test automation scripts with open source solutions (i.e. Selenium)

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience.
  • Experienced in Black Box testing for multi-tier, Java-based applications.
  • First-hand knowledge of industry standard Quality Control processes and procedures.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills to capture detailed test plan and test cases.
  • Ability to interface with Java development teams; work in highly technical environment.
  • Experience with Web-based technologies (HTTP, JSP, SERVLETS, XML/SOAP, XSLT)
  • Significant software functional and performance testing experience
  • Experience designing, and or implementing a test automation solution for B2B and consumer-oriented web applications.
  • The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible with a "can do" attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations.
