2. Receive your test collection kit in the mail. See kit
3. Take a sample of DNA from your cheek cells with the cotton swab, and mail it to the lab in the postage-paid envelope.
4. Log-in to your secure account to view your test results, Personalized Report, and Physician Report in 3-4 weeks or sooner.

Adding Tamoxifen or Warfarin Testing to the Panel

You can also include Tamoxifen and/or Warfarin Response testing in the Drug Response Panel by following these steps:

• To include Tamoxifen testing in the panel, first order Tamoxifen testing (which includes 2D6) and then add a Drug Response Panel for 2C9 and/or 2C19.
• To include Warfarin testing in the panel, first order Warfarin testing (which includes 2C9 & VKORC1) and then add a Drug Response Panel for 2D6 and/or 2C19.
• To include both Tamoxifen and Warfarin testing in the panel, first order both Tamoxifen testing (which includes 2D6) and Warfarin testing (which includes 2C9 & VKORC1) and then add a Drug Response Panel for 2C19.
